As of July 4, 2003, my restoration efforts on R390A's will go on indefinite hold in favor of service with the United States Coast Guard.  While I won't be serving aboard one of our 53' Motor Life Boats (MLB's) like the one on the right.  I have made the decision to accept an augmentation position in Operations through the Auxiliary as an Officer. 

I have appreciated the many friends I have met over the years and restoring the wonderful radios these fine people own.  However, the conditions and orders under which I am serving do not accommodate a schedule which can include radio restorations.
